Before you try reinstalling, you will first need to remove all previous Pace or iLok software from the computer.
Windows: Double-click on 'InterLok Driver Setup Winxx.exe' found in the 'Old. Most recent License Support installer for your Windows version (32-bit or 64-bit).
1. Click on Start> Control Panel and click on either Programs and Features, or Uninstall a Program.

I just switched to Windows 7, all updates included.
I use my PC as a music recording machine with Nuendo 4, Wavelab 7 (all latest versions), and also WAVES plug ins.
Everythings fine, except:
1) driver install
I can not install some drivers (as there are 2 different drivers involved, I don't think it is a problem from them).
I.e., the latest PACE driver for the usage of iLok.
It stops, because it is said that 'no valid source for product License support.msi' is found. The path is to the temp folder the install package creates - nothing I could mess with. So I need to stop the install process. Some with other installers.
For PACE, I also get the pop up 'consult windows installer help msi.chm'.
I have no clue what this might mean...
2) downloads stop
8 / 10 downloads, whatever the size, stop while downloading. If I have an option to restart and continue the download, this will do. I used the IE in Win7, the firefox (latest)... as you can imagine, this is a pain for downloads were I can not restart these downloads (some drivers etc.).
And ... no, this did not happen with the PACE driver mentioned above :-)
I checked.
Thanks for any indication helping me solve these issues.
Cheers,
Sven
